@IVO Good tips, I will share a few more:
- to play without cd2 you can just copy all 42 Data.smo files from cd2 and paste directly to "Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer\Game\" folder. Movies will work that way, but if you go to extras in main menu it will still crash.
- to fix invisible wave use dgvoodo (copy paste everything from "dgVoodoo2\MS\x86" to "Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer\Game\" folder and dgVoodooCpl.exe to change config)
- if you can't run setup from cd1, try to run it in compatibility mode and manually create main game folder before installation

PS Simple script to automount iso, autorun game and autodismount iso after exiting game: 1)create 2 new txt files and rename them as "mount.ps1" and "run.bat"
2)Edit them with notepad and put:
- in mount.ps1: param($cdpath, $mount)
if ($mount -ge 1){
Mount-DiskImage -ImagePath $cdpath}
else {
Dismount-DiskImage -ImagePath $cdpath}
- in run.bat make sure "pathtogame" is correct: @echo off
set pathtogame=C:\Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer\Game\
set executable=ksps.exe
powershell -WindowStyle Hidden -File "%pathtogame%mount.ps1" "%pathtogame%cd.iso" 1
start /wait %executable%

3)Put them in "\Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer\Game\" together with "KSPS CD2.iso" renamed to "cd.iso"

lmao now this is strange, i eventually got it running after several install tries. At first i suspected it had to do with the name and organization written at the same time as the serial because mine was by default my mail. It turns out it has not to do with that.
I kept uninstalling and re-installing it to find what it was because sometimes after a new install it would give me the same error about the serial.
I think it has to do with only running the game for the first time, AFTER you replace ksps.exe with the one on NoCD folder and the having CD2 mounted.

My procedure to install the game is as simple as this, and nothing to do with the nonsense naeroikathgor shared:
1- mount CD1
2 - go to Win folder and run Setup
3 - when prompted enter the serial, found on the CRACK SERIAL folder on the CD1
4 - after install, replace the ksps.exe file on the Game directory with the one on the NoCD folder
5 - unmount CD1 and mount CD2
6 - run the game

Anyway it is working now hope this helps someone.

When loading the game, it says: " Kelly Slater's Pro has exited because the serial number is not valid. Try reinstalling the software."

It goes without saying i used the serial in the CD and reinstalling does nothing.
Anyone knows a workaround here?
